All standard available items are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Typically your orders should arrive in 5-10 business days from when it is placed. However, during peak season, we may require a few extra days for processing and shipping your order. You should receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment.
CLASPP offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We recommend that all CLASPP products be cleaned with a soft damp rag. Harsh alcohol based cleaners should not be used for cleaning CLASPP products.

Protective Biodegradable Cases are fully compostible and can be shipped or dropped off at your local US Composting Council Participant location. You can find the location near you using US Composting Council Participant
Hardshell Dual Layer & Clear Recyclable Case are fully recycleable but most local recycling centers cannot process them and they need special sorting to achieve 100% recycleing. We recommend two alternatives. The first alternative is to donate your used cases to the local Savlation Army or Goodwill store for reuse. The second alternative is to mail us your used cases at CLASPP Recycling Program, 20830 Steven Creek Blvd, #1036 Cupertino CA 95014. We are working on building a recycling system so we will be able to perform 100% recycling in the near future.
