Ordering Questions

  • How can I make changes to my CLASPP order?
If you like to make changes to your order after submission, please email us at info@claspp.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Include your order number and the name of the new design you want to change to. We will get back with you within 12 hours to confirm the status of the change.
  • How do I know if my CLASPP order was placed successfully?
If you have received an order confirmation email from us, your order was placed successfully! If you setup an account on CLASPP.com, you can also log into your account to view your order history and search for your most recent order.
  • I have placed an order, but it says "On Hold" when I check its status. Why?

This could happen due to several reasons such as missing or misspelled information on your shipping address, or your payment was not processed successfully. You will receive an email from us if there is any issue holding up your order. Please be sure to check the Spam or Junk folder of the email you registered with us. Usually that email we send will request additional information from you before your order is processed. 

  • Why I can't receive my order confirmation email?
If your registered email address is a Hotmail or Microsoft Outlook account, the order confirmation email may end up in your Spam / Junk folder. If you still cannot find your order confirmation email, please contact us at info@claspp.com.
  • How long does my order take to ship?
Typically we process your order within 2 to 3 business days and shipping takes another 3 to 5 days. However, shipping time depends on the product you purchase and the destination. If you would like to know the estimated delivery time and shipping fee, please select the destination location on the checkout page to get an idea of the approximate timeframe.
  • Will COVID-19 affect my order?
Although it is hard to predict how COVID-19 infections will affect shipping and delivery in the future, our phone cases are printed and shipped from within the US. Unless you hear about any major shipping disruptions in the US, most deliveries should follow the standard delivery time. 
  • How do I track my order?
You can use our Order Tracker link on the main menu and either enter your order number and email or enter your tracking number if you have one. We use the standard tracking update frequency through USPS, UPS or DHL and in some instances, carrier's tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.
  • I have ordered several items, but I can’t find all of them in my shipment?
Please be sure to unpack all the boxes. We normally pack multiple items in one box for the same destination unless otherwise requested. If you have checked and are still missing items on your order please contact us at info@claspp.com
  • How do I shop for a CLASPP product?
From our website you can search an item based on the design or the model of your phone. You can click on the item to add it to your shopping cart. Once you have completed the selection of one or more items, you can click on the cart icon and complete the review, shipping and payment process. Once you complete the purchase you will receive a confirmation email from CLASPP with your order number.
  • How do I get a refund for undelivered orders?
Please let us know within 30 days of purchase if your order has not arrived. We would be happy to follow up and investigate for you the shipping status and will be able to send you a replacement if the item is confirmed as lost by the carrier.
  • Does CLASPP offer free shipping ?
CLASPP offers free standard shipping for orders over $40 USD. This offer is limited to the states within the continental US and excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
  • Does CLASPP offer free international shipping?
For international orders, standard international shipping rates apply. However, if you are placing an order over $100 USD please contact info@claspp.com to see if we can waive the shipping charge.
  • How do I purchase a gift card?
CLASPP currently does not offer gift cards but in the near future we will provide a link to purchase gift cards at our online store. 
  • I am interested in purchasing items in bulk quantity?
Please contact us at info@claspp.com with more details about your order and we will follow-up with a customized quote.

 

Special Promotions

  • Can I apply 2 or more promo codes on the same order?
Only one promo code can be applied per order.
  • Can I apply promo codes and store credits together on my order?
Promo codes and store credits can be used together.
  • Can store credits be accumulated?
Store credits can be accumulated and will show up in your account statement.
  • Can I share my user referral link on any promotional sites?
Customers are allowed to share their referral code with friends and family only. If we find that you have shared a promotional code online we reserve the right to cancel the code immediately and pursue damages under the full extent of the law.

 

Product Information

  • Are CLASPP phone cases protective?
CLASPP offers many kinds of phone cases. Our Hardshell Extra Protective cases features a dual layer construction with a hard polycarbonate outer shell that is made with recycled material and a TPU inner layer for absorbing shocks. This is the most protective design one can buy for normal phone use, including accidental drops without making the phone feel ‘bulky’.
In addition, we offer Biodegradable phone cases that are made with bamboo fiber and plant-based PLA material that is completely compostable after use.
Both cases feature raised lip around the screen and camera window to protect your phone.
Also, we use non-VOC water based inks that are non-toxic and very durable.
  • Do CLASPP clear phone cases turn yellow easily?
Our clear case is made from clear TPU material which can turn yellow over time due to a natural aging process that depends on the duration and severity of exposure to excessive amounts of heat, UV light, and chemicals.
  • How much do CLASPP cases cost?
CLASPP offers many phone case designs and case prices vary depending on the case types and device models. You may click on your preferred design and select your device model in the dropdown box for details.
  • How is the quality of CLASPP cases?
Our cases are manufactured and printed under the supervision of skilled technical staff who inspect every product before shipping. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@claspp.com within 30 days of purchase and we will replace it or refund your purchase.
  • Can phone case cause overheating?
Phone cases do not cause overheating of the device but they may trap heat generated by your device or overexposure to sunlight. As per your device manufacturer’s direction, please keep your device in a cool place to help minimize the risk of overheating.
  • How do I remove my CLASPP case from my device?
To remove a CLASPP phone case lift one side or one corner up from the bottom of the case, then gently work around the perimeter to remove the case.
  • Do PopSockets stick to CLASPP cases?
Popsockets can be used together with CLASPP cases but the printing on the case may become prone to peeling after use. Popsockets have a varying degree of adhesion to different surfaces so be sure to read the instructions that come with it before using them.
  • Can I attach the CLASPP Phone Grip to the back of my phone with or without a case?
CLASPP Phone Grip can be attached to smooth clean and surfaces. Please make sure to test the strength of the attachment before using it. The adhesive on the CLASPP Phone Grip will not work on silicone, textured or soft material phone cases. 
  • Do CLASPP cases work with wireless charging?
All CLASPP cases can work with wireless charging. As the thickness of each case type varies, please check the product description for more details.
  • Can CLASPP cases be sanitized with UV Sanitizer?
You can use CLASPP cases with a UV sanitizer if the manufacturer allows the use of phone cases in the UV sanitizer. For details, please read the instructions that come with the UV sanitizer.
  • How do I clean my phone cases?
To clean CLASPP phone cases use a soft damp piece of cloth. AVOID harsh chemicals and alcohol-based cleaners.
  • Will CLASPP Phone Grip leave a mark on my phone?

The 3M gel tape used for CLASPP Phone Grip does not leave a residue on smooth hard surfaces. 

 

Billing Questions

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Paypal, Shop pay, Venmo and Visa cards. In addition, we will offer buy now pay later choices through a third party service in the near future.
  • What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a payment method that allows you to pay for your purchase over 4 installments usually due every 2 weeks. The issuer of your payment method may charge interest or fees under your agreement. If you have any questions about those charges please contact your Afterpay payment provider.
  • What if I receive an error message when using my card?
An error message could mean that, the card may be expired or is not authorized for this type of transaction or your bank has rejected the transaction due to lack of funds. Please use another card for the transaction instead of trying the same card again.
  • When I proceed to check out, I received an error message that reads “A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed.”
Please make sure to recheck all information you entered for correctness and resubmit. If you continue to get the error message and payment cannot be made, please contact us at info@claspp.com and we will get back to you shortly.
